Cement brick structure
1、粘土:要含有一定量的松散颗粒,以利于拌水泥。含砂量少的粘土,可在土中配砂。含砂量少又较硬的粘土,须磨碎后再配砂。
1. Clay: It should contain a certain amount of loose particles to facilitate cement mixing. Clay with less sand can be mixed with sand in the soil. Clay with less sand and harder content must be ground and then mixed with sand.
2、水泥:掺入10%的425#普通硅酸盐水泥,能提高砖的强度和耐水性能,浸水后不开裂。否则,一般砖会出现开裂现象。
2. Cement: The strength and water resistance of bricks can be improved by adding 10% 425 # ordinary Portland cement, which will not crack after immersion. Otherwise, cracking will occur in common bricks.
3、外加剂:掺入少量外加剂(加强剂),除提高砖的硬结强度外,还能减少水泥用量,降低制品成本。
3. Additives: Adding a small amount of additives (reinforcers) can not only improve the hardening strength of bricks, but also reduce the amount of cement used and the cost of products.
4、水:用水量适当,砖的强度就高。成型水分少,砖的强度则差,物料在模内阻力大,单面加压,砖底面不密实;成型水分多,底面潮湿,出模时容易碰坏。当砂土含水率为3-5%,成型时的用水量以10%为宜。若原料细砂过多,则降至8%。
4. Water: The strength of bricks is high when the water consumption is appropriate. Molding water is less, brick strength is poor, material resistance in the mold is large, one-sided pressure, brick bottom is not compact; Molding water is more, the bottom is wet, easy to break when out of the mold. When the water content of sandy soil is 3-5%, the appropriate water consumption for moulding is 10%. If there is too much fine sand in raw materials, it will be reduced to 8%.
