琉璃瓦的成型方法，一般采用挤制成型、手工印坯、注浆成型等方法。西式瓦采用塑压成型。
The forming methods of glazed tile are usually extrusion, manual printing and grouting. Western-style tiles are moulded by plastic pressing.
1、挤型成型
1. Extrusion Molding
琉璃瓦的普通瓦件筒瓦、板瓦采用挤制成型，挤坯机(TCL350真空挤出机)是在搅泥机的出泥口加装一个与坯体尺寸相同的机头，待坯挤出后，用钢丝切成瓦坯，放支架上晾干、修坯、干燥后烧成。
The ordinary tile barrel and slab of glazed tile are extruded. The extruder (TCL350 vacuum extruder) installs a machine head with the same size as the body at the mud outlet of the mud mixer. After the slab is extruded, the steel wire is cut into tile blank, which is dried, repaired and dried on the bracket and then fired.
2、手工成型和注浆成型
2. Manual and grouting moulding
琉璃瓦中的勾头，滴水瓦件以及走兽、钉帽、花窗和正吻、垂兽等构件采用手工成型或注浆成型。手工成型是将坯泥拍打成泥饼，在石膏模内压印出有花纹的坯体，稍干后起坯贴接，将工作面修整打光。
The hooks, dripping tiles, beasts, nails, windows, kisses and pendulums in glazed tiles are manually or grouted. Manual forming is to pat the mud into mud cake, stamp out the grained body in the gypsum mould, stick the blank after a little drying, and polish the working face.
3、塑压成型(WD成型压机)
3. Plastic Compression Molding (WD Molding Press)
西式琉璃瓦主要采用塑压成型，经真空练泥机挤出并切割成粗坯后，再用带有模具的压瓦机进行精细的外形压。
Western-style glazed tile is mainly formed by plastic pressing. After being extruded and cut into rough billets by vacuum mud drill, it is pressed by a pressing machine with a mould for fine shape.
