西式瓦湿式施工法
Western style tile wet construction method
1、在混泥土屋面上用20mm厚1:2.5水泥沙浆找平，天沟出需预留200mm宽度，深20mm找平。
1. The concrete roof shall be leveled with 20 mm thick 1:2.5 cement mortar, and the gutter outlet shall be reserved with a width of 200 mm and a depth of 20 mm.
2、在干燥的基层上做好防水层，可使用弹性防水涂料或坡度大时使用刚性防水层（在找平层水泥沙浆中加入防水剂），以防施工不良照成 屋面渗漏。
2. Waterproof layer shall be made on dry base course. Elastic waterproof coating or rigid waterproof layer (adding waterproof agent into cement mortar of leveling layer) can be used to prevent roof leakage due to poor construction.
3、根据西式瓦片实际尺寸，如图一所示，在准备好的基层上弹分格线，要求横纵两线交叉成90角，檐口处瓦片应伸出檐口50-70mm。
3. According to the actual size of western style tiles, as shown in Figure 1, the grid line shall be snapped on the prepared base course, and the horizontal and vertical lines shall cross into 90 angles, and the tiles at the cornice shall extend 50-70mm out of the cornice.
4、瓦片按从左到右、自上而下的顺序用水泥混合砂浆在瓦谷底部铺贴，坡度大时需用水泥钢钉固定，以防瓦片下滑。
4. The tiles shall be paved at the bottom of the valley with cement mortar in the order from left to right and from top to bottom. When the slope is large, it shall be fixed with cement steel nails to prevent the tiles from sliding down.
