Characteristics and properties of clay bricks

陶土砖其实是粘土砖的一种，主要以实心砖为主！是产品不断优化及传统技艺不断升级的产物。陶土砖通常采用优质粘土甚至紫砂陶土高温烧制，以天然粘土为主要成分，用石英、长石等为骨料，经过烧结后形成的土建砌墙砖。陶土砖的性质属于低温砖，烧成温度大概在800℃左右，吸水率较高，一般吸水率在8%--10%。陶土砖是中国几千年来最普遍应用的建筑砌墙材料，因其过度消耗的粘土资源，而被国家禁止应用低温烧制的工艺，并用于砌墙体。随着今年工业的进步，新一代的陶土砖，采用高温烧制，并运用现代化辊道窑或隧道窑的工业制造流程，并将其功用改为外墙黏贴，比如劈开砖、陶砖等，也有时候被称为陶土砖。

Clay brick is actually a kind of clay brick, which is mainly made of solid bricks. It is the product of continuous optimization and upgrading of traditional skills. The properties of clay brick belong to low-temperature brick, firing temperature is about 800 C, water absorption rate is high, the general water absorption rate is 8% - 10%. Clay brick is the most widely used building wall material in China for thousands of years. Because of its excessive consumption of clay resources, it is forbidden to use low-temperature firing technology and is used for wall building. With the progress of this year's industry, a new generation of clay bricks, fired at high temperatures, and used modern roller kiln or tunnel kiln industrial manufacturing processes, and its function changed to external wall paste, such as split bricks, ceramic bricks, and so on, is sometimes referred to as clay bricks.

优异的抗冻融特性：

Excellent freeze-thaw resistance:

在吸水率达到10%的情况下，瓷质砖在-15℃时冻融三次已经全部冻裂，而陶砖却可以在-45℃的环境下冻融50次不出现裂痕。

When the water absorption rate reaches 10%, the ceramic tiles have been completely frozen and cracked three times at - 15 C, while the ceramic tiles can be frozen and thawed 50 times at - 45 C without cracking.

良好的抗光污染性能：

Good resistance to light pollution:

陶砖能够将90%以上的光全部折射，对保护人体视力、减少光污染有很好的作用。

Ceramic tiles can refract more than 90% of the light, which has a good effect on protecting human vision and reducing light pollution.

良好的吸音作用：

Good sound absorption effect:

由于陶砖通体富含大量均匀细密的开放性气孔，故能将声波全部或部分折射出去，起到室外降低噪音，室内消除回音的效果，是创造城市优良居住环境的绝佳材料。
