水泥砖结构 Cement brick structure 1、粘土:要含有一定量的松散颗粒,以利于拌水泥。含砂量少的粘土,可在土中配砂。含砂量少又较硬的粘土,须磨碎后再配砂。 1. Clay: it should contain a certain amount of loose particles to facilitate the mixing of cement. The clay with less sand content can be mixed with sand in the soil. The clay with small sand content and hard clay must be ground and then mixed with sand. 2、水泥:掺入10%的425#普通硅酸盐水泥,能提高砖的强度和耐水性能,浸水后不开裂。否则,一般砖会出现开裂现象。 2. Cement: add 10% 425 × ordinary portland cement to improve the strength and water resistance of the brick, without cracking after soaking. Otherwise, the general brick will crack. 3、外加剂:掺入少量外加剂(加强剂),除提高砖的硬结强度外,还能减少水泥用量,降低制品成本。 3. Admixtures: add a small amount of admixtures (reinforcing agents), in addition to improving the hardening strength of the brick, it can also reduce the amount of cement and reduce the cost of products. 4、水:用水量适当,砖的强度就高。成型水分少,砖的强度则差,物料在模内阻力大,单面加压,砖底面不密实;成型水分多,底面潮湿,出模时容易碰坏。当砂土含水率为3-5%,成型时的用水量以10%为宜。若原料细砂过多,则降至8%。 4. Forming water is less, brick strength is poor, material resistance in the mold is large, single side pressure, brick bottom is not dense; forming water is more, the bottom is wet, easy to be damaged when leaving the mold.
